◦ Is the work centralized and organized or dispersed and disorganized?
• to attract the attention of the people
◦ How many people are attracted to evangelistic meetings? How far does the Adventist message reach beyond an evangelistic meeting? [draw a map showing dots for meetings, and then many dots for homes who receive literature]
◦ How visible is the Seventh-day Adventist Church? In the average household/village/etc who knows?
• to develop the talents and capabilities of the believers,
◦ Are the members primarily consumers or contributors?
◦ How many members are trained in the areas of writers, translators, designers, printers, colporter, etc?
• to unify the new churches
◦ Inconsistent teachings? doctrinal inconsistencies? Rumors? mumurings?
◦ Arguements?
◦ What relationship do the churches have among themselves?
◦ What possiblities are there to send literature? By road/boat/bus/moto/etc?
• to second the efforts of the workers, giving them facilities for more ready communication with the churches and more rapid dissemination of the message
◦ How many workers do you have? How many are near the city and how many are in remote areas? Do they feel isolated?
