It is important that each computer uses the same collection of fonts. If you design a document on one computer where certain fonts are installed, and then you try to edit it or export it to a pdf on another computer where those fonts are missing, the formatting will be messed up.

IDTM has a standard collection of fonts stored in the Resources folder on the server. Here are a few suggestions of fonts that work well for most local languages: Font Resources

Installing fonts is incredibly simple.

1. Select, then copy (CTRL +C) the fonts that you want.
2. Paste (CTRL + V) into the .fonts folder in your home directory (for example: /home/idtm/.fonts
3. If you have software open (like LibreOffice Writer), close all windows and re-open, and the fonts should be available in the list.
