Evangelism Department
Position Description
- Lead and coordinate DTM evangelism activities
- Maintain the team’s missional and spiritual focus
- Plan and organize evangelistic campaigns, Bible studies, and visits
- Ensure follow-up with interested individuals
- Work closely with the literature evangelism, production, and communication departments
- Encourage and spiritually support field pioneers
- Maintain contact with the local pastor with whom the pioneer is working
Qualifications
- Genuine love for souls and a strong missionary spirit
- Sociable personality with good relational skills
- Ability to preach, teach, and lead Bible studies
- Organizational and leadership skills
- Proficiency in at least one additional local language
- Familiarity with the writings of Ellen G. White: Evangelism, Gospel Workers
