Simple Systems for Supply and Storage

Literature has to be available to the members. How can this be accomplished?

The members need to know what literature is available.

• DTM should provide printed catalogs with clear information
• DTM should provide an online catalog

The church should plan a literature budget. Members can contribute to this.

Order literature together with Sabbath School quarterlies to save on shipping and to simplify logistics.

Keep literature in a clean, dry, protected place. Away from water, termites, dust, etc. Cabinet? Shelf? Metal chest?

Make literature visible.

• Literature display rack? This may not be ideal because of the dusty environment.
• Literature box or case with a lid? Open it up when people are at the church and close it up otherwise.
