===== Position Description =====
  * Ensure the proper functioning and safety of DTM vehicles, buildings, and equipment
  * Perform regular preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns and interruptions to missionary work
  * Maintain motorcycles, the Land Cruiser, and other vehicles in operational condition
    * Keep a mileage and maintenance log for the Land Cruiser
  * Carry out routine repairs on the campus (locks, doors, plumbing, basic electrical work, etc.)

  * Basic skills in automobile and motorcycle mechanics
  * Ability to perform oil changes, filter replacements, and routine maintenance
  * General manual skills (repairs, tools, basic handyman work)
  * Organizational skills and respect for maintenance schedules
